After her 3rd place in 49erFX World Championship in Mussanah (Oman), Brazilian Martine Soffiatti Grael reaches SSL Women Skipper Ranking n°1 spot for the first time.
ILCA 6 (Laser Radial World Championship) is coming up in Oman next week (Nov 29th - Dec 6th). Her predecessor now World n°2 and Laser Olympic Champion Danish Anne-Marie Rindom will push to claim back Women World top spot. Before Grael's successful takeover, Anne-Marie retained n°1 place for the last 15 weeks.
In General Ranking, the strongest progress (+119) was made by Dutch Odile Van Aanholt. She jumps to n°50 after her victory at 49erFX World Championship. Second biggest progress (+20), Norway's Helene Naess is now n°26 thanks to Silver Medal at 49erFX World Championship.
In the Men Ranking, British John Gimson is back to n°2 place after his victory at Nacra17 World Championship. And Dutch Bart Lambriex climbed 24 places (n°22) by winning the 49er World Title.
